Sellers can override the rate with their actual supplier or card rate, and the tool remembers their choice privately on this device. Fee presets include Etsy's 6.5% transaction fee, payment processing and Canada's 0.5% regulatory operating fee where applicable.

Where do I get these files?

In Etsy Shop Manager, go to Settings → Options → Download Data. Download your Order Items CSV and your Currently for Sale Listings CSV, then select both here together.

Your shop data stays yours. This tool reads the files inside your browser. It does not send customer names, orders, or listings to us—or anywhere else.
